Summary
Some spoken rules between them have already been established.
Some of them include: no talking about it, no staying the night, no cuddling, no prying about the other's day-to-day, no touching outside of fucking, no feelings, and most importantly, no telling anyone, including any of the Bats and especially Bruce.
Dick and Jason have been doing a good job at sticking to their little rule book so far.
(Or, the usual "no strings attached" turned into "I love him so much I cannot breathe".)

Panic at the Masquerade:
Jason witnesses a gala attendee sneak something into Brucie Wayne‘s drink. And it‘s fine, obviously. Jason is going to have a good laugh and know he can continue his business tonight in peace with Batman out for the count. He could even go abduct the bird or set the manor on fire. He can even - he can......watch Bruce get lead out of the room by a stranger. Fuck.
An (Un)Wise Father:
When Matches Malone strides into Red Hood’s meeting and settles in among the new recruits, Jason Todd has never been more grateful for the full-face helmet. Why wasdadBruceBatman here?
Bruce has obviously figured out from their encounter who Red Hood is and has decided to… what? Taunt him? Anger flaring, Jason refuses to react to the persona that Jason himself had once helped Bruce to dress up as. If Bruce wants to play dress up and look like a fool, who is Jason to stop him?Bruce isn’t sure what to expect when he walks into the meeting. Even though his recent ‘rescue’ at the hands of Red Hood had Bruce looking at Hood’s activities with new light, there is still a more pressing concern.
