Summary
In 1998, 72.5 million passengers passed through Chicago O'Hare International Airport.
One of them was Steve Harrington. In fact, a lot of them were Steve Harrington. Every Friday, just like clockwork, he strides off flight 303 from JFK to ORD, in his suit and tie, phone plastered to his ear.
Somewhere else in Chicago, Eddie Munson's life is pretty good. He lives with his best friend. He works nights at a bar he loves. No, it's not what he'd imagined his life was gonna be like at thirty-two, because Steve isn't here, and there was a time he couldn't ever imagine living his life without him.
But he has, and it's fine, everything's fine. Honest.
He's accepted it. Fortunately, the universe, and Gareth, have not.
After a chance sighting in that busy airport, Eddie has the chance to try and reconnect with Steve after nearly a decade apart.

Barb realized it was the beginning of the end the first time Nancy asked to stay the night and convinced her that they should sneak out through the window. Nancy's own bedroom was on the second floor of the Wheeler house, and therefore required a more athletic approach. Since she'd hit puberty, Mrs. Wheeler had been absolutely panicked about how easily Nancy could sneak out of the house if they crashed in the living room for their sleepovers and they'd been banned to the bedroom ever since.

Summary
Nursey wakes up cold—body wracked with shivers, can’t-feel-your-toes, nose-so-frozen-it-hurts cold. It feels like if he moves from his little ball of pseudo-warmth he’s curled up in under the blankets, he might die. Spending the week at the Poindexter family’s cabin between Christmas and New Years had seemed like a great idea when Dex’s Great-Aunt Deb had suggested it. Now that he’s on the verge of freezing to death, he’s starting to have second thoughts about not flying out to his parents’ vacation home in Morocco for the holiday.
Or, Nursey and Dex head to a cabin in the woods in the middle of winter. Naturally the heating goes out.

“What are your intentions?” She’s imperious, hand on the counter and fingers sprawled wide. Tommy emerges from the back aisle like a dog called to heel, arms crossed in front of his chest, frowning in that squinty way he gets.
“Probably to remind you we have the right to refuse service to anyone and that loitering is a crime.”
“With Steve,” Tommy grits out.
