Summary
The summer before her junior year, Eleven has an accident as she dives into a lake and hits a log in the water. She injured her C4/C5 vertebrae, and she's now quadriplegic. On top of that, she realizes she can't use her powers anymore.
Max, who survived Vecna's attack thanks to Eleven and who is now recovering from her own injuries, tries to be there for her, as her girlfriend.
They both try to manage their new life and understand how it changes their relationship and their world. Eleven's friends are there to support her through her adaptation, and she slowly learns to live again.
Or: Eleven becomes quadriplegic and Max and her friends help her accomodate.
