Summary
Salvius, devoted apostle of Ilmater and gifted healer, thinks this story is about how she completes your seventh and final act of miraculous self-sacrifice while curing this band of exiles and miscreants of this parasite. About how she and the Blade of Frontiers chart a course through the wilderness of the Sword Coast, saving wretched souls and falling for each other. About finally returning home in honour after breaking her back in the name of the Crying God.
Nothing will ruin this for her, not even that lascivious vampire with his mouth full of sin and a soul in need of saving.
----
“Avail yourself as a tool to the weary - let them know you can be used however they might need.” She blows a sharp breath out of her nose. “Sounds like a pretty clear directive to me, don’t you think?”
For once, Astarion isn’t running his mouth with a cheeky retort. When she opens her eyes, he’s staring at Salvius with a curiously intense look. She can’t imagine what might have made him so pensive, only observes that even with the world spinning, he looks very still.
A low voice that doesn’t sound like hers asks, “Are you weary?”

Summary
Tav is an Ilmateri monk with budding mastery of Ki, the spiritual energy that flows through all things. Astarion is a cornered animal, stuck oscillating between fight, flight, and fawn.
Against Tav's better judgment, he becomes obsessed with a bright note in Astarion's Ki, betraying his relentless will to live.
Halsin and Tav are kindred souls, both with pain that is sometimes too big to hold. Their relationship blooms where nothing else grows: Halsin's cursed homeland, for which Tav's understanding of Ki may prove the final piece of the puzzle Halsin needs to lift the curse. They become pillars of safety in Astarion's life as he learns to survive in a world not designed to make him suffer.
Astarion feels safest reclaiming his body if he has complete control over Tav's. Tav is more than willing to please. Halsin is eager to perform whatever role is needed of him.
Generally canon compliant/adjacent. Lots of angst, hurt/comfort, sex, healing, and happy endings. Essentially that song you hear behind Astarion's tent on repeat in fanfic form.

Summary
When Enver Gortash meets the The Dark Urge he learns that she is his old friend who was once a playful, witty poet despite the darkness within her. On one hand he loves what a clever and capable being she has become—but Bhaal has sucked the life and personality right out of her, even seizing away her name. Gortash will stop at nothing to convince her to take back her name and be everything he believes she truly wishes to be.
Under instruction from her Father, Durge forms an alliance with the Banite, plotting with him while also doing what she can to make him realize what a vile thing she has become. But he only admires her prowess and expresses desire for her. Durge fights back against his advances and his insistence that there is still more to her than being the figurehead of an evil god. But something deep inside of her stirs…
…and she finds she craves to be whole again.

Summary
When two souls are destined to be together, they are connected by an invisible thread. No matter the time, place, or situation, this thread may stretch or tangle, but it will never break - The Red Thread of Fate
Nora Feyre, a 47-year old math teacher from Cleveland, didn't understand how she had ended up in this crazy place, fighting for her life alongside a fantasy realm's most endearing and fucked-up rejects. But it didn't matter. She'd do what she always had, no matter what life had thrown at her, and rise above it. After all, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right?
Astarion Ancunin, a 239-year-old vampire spawn from Baldur's Gate, couldn't believe his good fortune. Sure, there was a worm in his brain that might turn him into yet a new kind of monster. But it hadn't. Not yet. And in the meantime, he was free in a way he'd scarcely dreamed was possible, snatched from his Master just as he had lost the last bit of fight that was left in him.
Two survivors, kindred spirits, thrown together by accident -

Summary
In which Durge retraces his steps from the domination of the Elder Brain back to his awakening on the Nautiloid, and faces the many sins he committed along the way. Fortunately, he has someone by his side who is more than happy to remind him.
---
Bhaal’s face was replaced with Cyril’s reflection in the blood pool. The tiefling laid flat on his back and wept. A divine resurrection, for no other reason than to please him. The slimy little tyrant would live, and be the last soul alive in the whole of Faerun. The feelings of happiness, companionship, and lust flooded back to him, held back by the levees of disgust he had used to contain them. They would be together, until the bitter end of the world.
Cyril gathered himself and stood, walking over to his lover’s corpse, Enver’s corpse. A hint of terror sunk behind his eyes. He had to get this right. It meant everything. He knelt beside him, looking at his crushed-in face and now stagnant stab wound. His hands shook as he placed them on Enver’s chest.

Summary
The continent is aflame: the war between the undead armies of Thay and the Steel Watchers of the Sword Coast has caught entire countries in its wake. Meanwhile, Ruin and Minthara’s long-planned invasion of Menzoberranzan has hit a snag. A battered and broken Lae’zel has arrived with a dire warning: Vlaakith is hunting any who had opposed her.
It’s not the only problem: Gortash, under the physical strain of becoming Bane’s Exarch, has begun showing signs of instability.
Will Gortash and Ruin be able to hold it all together? Or will that bright and honorable band of heroes on the horizon, led by a vengeful Elminster, finally topple their reign?
Can be read fandom-blind and without reading previous in series (really! really really!). Updates Mondays, biweekly.
Minthara/Lae'zel is not a background relationship; chapters are evenly split between Gortash/Ruin and Menzo adventures.

Summary
"Never trust a pretty face...especially on a man."
Mahina and Astarion could not dislike each other more. Forced to endure the other's company while they look for a way to rid themselves of the illithid tadpoles, mutual mistrust causes them to be at each other's throats...but when you're at someone's throat, you're close enough to look them in the eye. Perhaps, under the masks, they like what they see? -

Summary
She might as well be playing him like a bard’s hapless lute, but Astarion cannot bring himself to care. She must be feeling sweet tonight—at least, she is now. And he could taunt her, dangle satisfaction just out of her reach, and then snatch it away. He could reject her. Punish her. Make her suffer, for being so cold; for her three damned tendays of refusing his love in every way she could.
Perhaps he should do at least one of those things. But as it is, it’s all he can do to keep from rubbing himself all over her like some sort of desperate animal; and it is for the joy of her, for pleasure that his heart cries out, not for austerity. He is no martinet. And so, Astarion lowers his mouth to kiss her, to love her, instead.
A few, slightly falconry-themed chapters in the life of the Vampire Ascendant and Strix, the reluctant, willful consort he adores (don't call her 'consort' to her face, though); beginning shortly after her turning, and taking place over the span of several months.

Summary
"And then he was silent, head turned, eyes closed, parted lips bleeding slightly. He sighed, grabbed her still raised hand. And then he pressed it over his heart. 'Fine. I'll stop talking.'
She tried to pull her hand back but he gripped it tighter. When she tried to yank it free he jerked back and pulled her into his arms. "Enver this is—" But then he pressed his bloodied lips to her own and locked them tight and what might have been a protest was transformed into a soft hum as her body melded into him, relaxing, softening. Sedated."
After a demanding Bhaalist ritual leaves The Dark Urge reeling, she seeks comfort in her ally-turned-lover.
A "porn with plot" extra/alternate scene from my "Haunted One" story. Can be read without reading "Haunted One - Personify Me."

Summary
A loose retelling of the plot of Baldur’s Gate 3 told from the perspective of my female Durge, Kalliope. Kalliope is a “Way of the Shadows” tiefling monk.
She doesn’t understand these bloodthirsty desires or thoughts, but sees their use in battle. Her monastic teachings are very contradictory to this seductive, dark muse in her mind that urges her to “KILL-MAIM-END!”
__________
Sample:“I do believe, my plant-happy friend, that we’ve just shared everything we know with you. Now, are you going to help us or not?” Astarion sounds as nervous and impatient as you feel.
[…]
Nettie’s lips thin into a tight grimace.
“…Kalliope…” tries Gale.
“No. I’m not taking poison from a woman I can’t trust. You’ve done nothing but deceive us since we crossed that threshold,” you flick your hand angrily, pointing to the door you passed through just moments before. “Despite us answering every question that you asked.”
The dark whisper snakes up the back of your skull, the killing calm begins warming and filling your body.
“It’s just for insurance,” tries Nettie once more, “take it only if you feel yourself changing.”
You sneer. And then, your vision goes red.

Summary
Karl has a lot on his mind (and well, in it).
He's got a worm in his brain, a compulsion for violent murder, and a group of people he wants to keep alive at all costs. Which might be harder than he thinks since his father wants Karl to kill everyone and doesn't take 'No' for an answer.

A character study that somewhat spiralled out of control. Actively trying to avoid just rewriting scenes from Act 3 and instead, fill in the gaps...with copious amounts of dangerous bear sex.
