Summary
Silco's... not a good parent. As much as he loves his daughter, he has a few flaws when it comes to her. But he can explain it all away, from slipping drugs into her tea to keep her his perfect little girl to keeping her safe away from the world. He can even explain giving her to the Enforcers in exchange for Zaun - after all, they've given their word that Jinx is not to be harmed.
Ekko, meanwhile, went to the bridge upon overhearing the Enforcers' plans to capture Jinx on their radios - she's too far gone, and as the last person who knew Powder as well as the leader of the Firelights, it's his job to put her down.
But after rescuing her instead upon realizing Jinx is still at least a little Powder, when he learns that 'Jinx' the persona isn't real but instead a defense mechanism, upon learning about the drugs in her system and the pain and fear inflicted on her, he insists she can be saved.
And thus begins the rest of her life.
(Featuring childhood-friends-to-enemies-to-friends-to-lovers Timebomb, a complicated relationship between Jinx and Silco, genius Firelight bioengineer Jinx/Powder, and Jinx proving she's stronger and better than anyone gives her credit for.)

Summary
This is a world where everyone has their other half, their soulmate.
It happens simply, at some point in your life, any time, from your childhood to your adult life, your soul will connect with another.
There is no set pattern, it is random but at some point you will feel another person's emotions, some bonds are more intense than others but in the end they are all soulmates. Regardless of whether one bond is felt more than another or not, everyone's soulmate will always be the most important person in their lives. Losing a soulmate is torturous, a void that can never be filled by anything or anyone. Many give up after losing their other half and some others persist in pain, but they persist.
Some stronger bonds can feel each other's physical pain and even know their thoughts but everyone feels emotions and can determine the direction their soulmate is headed.
And of course, there is a rare case of having more than one soulmate. In these cases you can do everything that someone with just one soulmate can do, but you will know how to differentiate which half of you each emotion comes from or which side each one is on.
And Seraphine, Jinx and Lux are that rare case of more than one soulmate.

Summary
After Jinx fell from Vi’s grasp and Vi believes she is dead, Jinx runs away to find herself in a foreign land. She meets a few new people along the way and discovers just how deep her relationships can go. Vi, on the other hand, is struggling with the grief of her sister while Caitlyn is healing from the battle. When Caitlyn wakes up though, Vi is faced with Jinx’s reputation. Ekko is left to pick up the pieces of Zaun left by the battle, but all he really wants is his family back together. United in grief, Ekko and Vi are going to make sure that Jinx’s memory isn’t completely stained by her bad deeds.

Somewhere inside of her, she berates herself for caring about what Silco thinks, as much as she wished to divorce herself from it, it was utterly impossible. When Jinx says that she’s tried, trust her. She’s absolutely tried. In the moment, she thinks, I could give less of a shit of what he says— I’m my own person! I can do what I want! But when it comes time for Jinx to face the consequences, that’s when her stomach begins to feel rotten inside her skin, like she wants to suddenly gut herself to relieve the ache. She knows what’s coming.
Silco stands beside his chair, examining the girl who stands shamefully at his eye-level. Just like Jinx, he knows all too well the processes of discipline.
