It was raining the day Copia’s life as he knew it was completely upended and irrevocably changed at the Ministry. For better or worse was anyone’s guess; Copia himself was still undecided on the matter and the answer was subject to change on a case-by-case basis even long after everything was settled.
One thing was for certain, though. His life was never again boring after he met one of his fellow Cardinals at the Ministry for the first time. There was something magnetic about him. Something that drew Copia in and left him wanting for more every time their paths crossed. He knew he was in way over his head with a man like that, but Copia was, after all, only human. How could any resist such sweet temptation?

Update 02/04/25: This story is on hold, with all the new lore with Ghost I am finding it hard to write the ship.
With what happened in the ritual room hidden from both Copia and Terzo, the pair continue to live without the knowledge of what happened. The truth, however, can not stay a secret for long and through the unravelling of it, things are set in motion which inevitably leads to the most unfortunate of outcomes, something that the clergy has waited for centuries to arrive. Life cannot be without its partner Death.
The Ghouls must do what they can to protect their master from it, though their efforts lead to more secrets being unearthed and hard decisions are made, for the good of everyone involved...
