In the years after the events of what happened in Chicago. The Autobots have no other choice to go into hiding until Optimus is discovered by Cade Yeager. A man who once served in the army who is now on the run with his daughter and their best friend once Cemetery Wind Find out about them having Optimus. Now they are going to find out what all is happening with Cemetery Wind and how their "business deal" with a company that's producing their own Transformers. Not only that, but they're also going to have to deal with all of the transformers they've created. Especially with one that is the resurrected leader as a reincarnated version of Megatron who aims to cyberform the planet and build a new Decepticon army.

Washed up and tired, he now has to deal with being on a ship where his Co-Captain and high command hate him and everyone else treats him like a living plague. What a sad final show for the universe's greatest War Lord. Will Megatron’s end be nothing more then the flaccid blowing out of a candle before he's brought back to Cybertron and put to death or is there still more to life before his final judgement?

Deadlock's not a fan of rut, just, generally speaking. It's itchy, it's annoying, that much charge buildup hurts if you don't deal with it, and the usual accepted 'fun' way to deal with it is to do the normal thing and go shove your spike in anyone happy to hold still long enough, usually across as wide a range of mechs as possible. Not his thing.
Ratchet, though. Ratchet is definitely more his speed.

He especially doesn't expect Magnus Carlsen to show up early to a chess tournament, get dragged into a robot war, and turn out to be his fated Knight.
Now they have to save the world, survive Decepticons, play their final match, and maybe figure out their feelings—all while being very unsubtly shipped by a team of giant alien robots.

Summary
Here we don't acknowlegde season 2 and 3 of the show, so I made a future of the show on my own, adding relationships, other characters of the franchise and hopefully some fun drama.
I don't want this to be a huge project, just big enough to scratch that itch I was left with and cure the cringe I accumulated with season 2 and 3.
So here I am, a 34yo busy lady who grew too fond of the characters in a silly yet sweet show with surprisingly brutal moments, wanting to give them a new adventure.
Feedback is always welcome and I hope other people enjoy what I enjoyed so much!This work takes place 10 years into the future, after the events at the end of season 1.
The world has adapted to accomodate a new wave of Terrans and something out of space is coming to join the party. -

Jazz has to prove he didn't murder anyone, Prowl has to stop Jazz from running away, and the two have work together to solve the mystery.

It’s nothing but a lifeless orb of onyx. Black as midnight, smooth as glass. Though his optics are what he sees, it’s as if the damn thing itself is what glares back. Every day he comes down into the ceremonial hall where no bot can see him sitting before the dais staring up at the Matrix, praying for the day he can look at it and not hear the sickening slash of Megatron’s sword slicing through Optimus Prime’s throat. The heavy thud of metal on dirt as the former Prime’s body is relieved of its head haunts him. There was nothing he could do but grit through the burning tears while Ultra Magnus held him back, demanding his silence to avoid being discovered. It was so cowardly, so shameful. They could have stopped Megatron, they could have saved Optimus, but instead they hunkered down in the shadows until it was safe to make a b-line for the ship.
“One day someone will take my place as Prime and do what I was incapable of: bringing total peace to Cybertron. Until that day, protect the Matrix and don’t stop running.”
