“Dekotora Trucks?” Optimus asked hesitantly. “That’s a bit too over the top for me.”
“Well then, why not something like this?” Alex exclaimed excitedly, pulling out one of his Transformer action figures and showing it to the truck. There was the loud clacking and shunting of Optimus’ transformation seams splitting and hissing as the Autobot leader drew himself out of his Alt-form and into his robot mode.
He loomed over Alex before picking him up and eyeing the little figure with uncertainty. It was of an earlier model of his only the bright red paint of his chassis was painted with decorative blue flames.
“I’ve never been painted like that in my life,” Optimus pointed at it, confused.

The Command Trine is said to have disappeared in a battle that secured the Autobot victory- and later the war- in the Autobots’ favor. Sacrificing themselves to guarantee the Decepticon loss.
Years later, twenty-three year old triplets Thackery-Charles, Winston, and Sampson start having strange things happen to them. First there are the weird headaches with no explanations. Then the strange nightmares about a place called Cybertron, accompanied by memories that are definitely not theirs.
The three begin to suspect their mom may have known more than she was letting on about the “car accident” that took their memories from them ten years ago, and they think that quite possibly the discovery of the Command Trine might hold a key to the missing part of their memory.
Unfortunately, their mom is dead, meaning they only have one way to get answers; by breaking into one of the most secure museums in the state and asking the Seekers themselves.
