"Ok great!" Kon grinned wide and bright before something nervous caught in it and barely a moment later he smoothed it out again and flipped to the second page of his presentation and announced, "I think we should have a friends with benefits arrangement."
Regardless of whether or not he'd previously agreed to hearing Kon's proposal out, he could not have possibly stopped the knee jerk, "Absolutely not." From leaving his mouth.
"You promised!" Kon accused, pointing a finger at him, "You said you'd hear me out properly."

Or, Tim and Kon engage in the weirdest game of platonic gay chicken the world has ever seen.

It errs just on the wrong side of human.
So does the alien’s face, as it pops into Lex’s head.
How anyone describes Lex’s eyes as blazing while Superman lights fires with his own burning eyes is beyond him. How anyone describes his words as scathing when what comes from Superman’s mouth could freeze volcanos. How anyone describes him as untouchable while Superman has skin that bullets do not break.

Summary
The war between Earth and the battle fleet of Krypton has been going on long enough it’s hard to remember what Earth was like pre-alien invasion. Slade doesn’t mind that, as one of the metahuman supersoldiers keeping Earth from being totally crushed he gets to enjoy a few little privileges, like having a Kryptonian prisoner for his personal use. He’s tortured enough aliens over the course of the war to understand how to handle them. Red solar lights, a kryptonite collar and magic chains will keep his new toy secured. He’s not expected to get much intel out of a low-ranked foot soldier, spared by accident rather than designed. He’s a gift for Slade to work out the alien’s weaknesses. There’s one in particular he’s looking forward to exploring; Kryptonians are programmed to obey officers. As a human he looks close enough to qualify.

Have you ever hyper-fixated on the idea of Supergirl and Transformers in a crossover? I have, and I decided to do it in an X-reader version where you take the place of Supergirl, Kara Zor-El, in my story.
I have never written full-length stories before, nor have I ever shared my work publicly, so you will be able to witness my writing skills grow along the way. I've posted this on Wattpad and... quotev. Cuz why not, I hope you enjoy! Also, sorry for the bad summary, I'll work on it later. -
