Summary
They made it out alive, the both of them. They were both grateful, first and foremost, but with a new set of issues and bad memories to remember and re-live for at least the next year–they couldn’t help but be cautious. The two had been given a secluded cabin in the middle of nowhere, Alaska by the US government as a place for them to lay low for the next few months until everything blows over.
The winter came fast, though, and rough.

A world in which Leon gives himself the chance to be happy. But, how will he achieve it? He's lonely, and Claire Redfield, his only friend, lives states away. His only choice now is reconnecting with Luis Serra, the Spanish man that was saved by a miracle. It's time to accept Ada and him had actually gone separate ways this time. It's time he learns to have time for himself. And perhaps, it might be time to try to love himself, and even someone else.
It's really just a straight up translation (with some added details) from the same work in Spanish. Personally, my favorite is the English one, since it has more detail.

A pause where he can hear something coming toward him.
“What was that, Beta Team? Did you say you were attacked by monsters?”
He looks behind him as the noise gets louder, but still no sight of them. “We were attacked by some human-looking monsters. You need to get…”
The monster snaps the man’s neck with one hand, then starts ripping it up to eat the insides.
“Beta Team? Are you there?”
One arm flung out is all it takes to destroy the radio and computer. Summary
Leon is sick, that much was obvious to Luis. His body’s working hard to flush the toxins from the Plagas that’d been extracted, and it left him with a nasty cold and some… unexpected side effects.
But Luis is determined to make sure he recovers. Even if it means confronting how he truly feels about Leon in the process.

Leon rounded the bed and crawled back into his spot. He tugged his blanket over his bare legs, but didn't lie down. Instead, he turned to face Luis. "Can't sleep, huh?"
"Yeah." Luis blinked. "Well, I mean, no. I can't."
"Been there. Happens after every mission, but it was the worst after..."
"Yeah," Luis nodded. It was selfish, but he didn't want to hear about Umbrella or Raccoon City right now. It didn't seem likely that Leon wanted to talk about it, either.

Leon gave him a reason to live for the past few months. His head was clear when Leon was with him, for the most part. But when Luis was alone, was when the thoughts kicked into overdrive.
It was around four o’clock, at least he thought it was, when Chris and Leon returned, their voices hushed and urgent. Luis didn’t know what about. He was upstairs, in their shared bedroom, fidgeting with the pages of Don Quixote. His favorite book. It carried the weight of a thousand men within its pages.
But he got curious about their conversation and pressed his ear against the bedroom door.

Summary
The bathroom looked a lot different now than it had when he had moved in, but the most glaring difference was the uptick in quality of his soaps. The place looked more like a poor man’s spa than anything at this point, he thought, but Luis was self-assured and always got what he wanted, no matter how frivolous it seemed to Leon. It kept them sane, really, to occasionally butt heads over the clutter of products everywhere.
A slight wobble from Luis had Leon shooting a hand out to catch him around the midsection. A crooked smile, one that didn’t quite reach the eyes, graced Luis’s face and he chuckled. “I’m supposed to be taking care of you now, Sancho. Just relax.” Leon didn’t have to say anything to convey a sense of worry, but it was quick to be shrugged off.

In an alternate universe after the events of RE4, Leon was unsuccessful in removing his Plaga. As the island falls in, he urges Luis to save Ashley and himself, granting him a second chance at life; a debt that Luis repays endlessly when Leon is rescued from the island and taken to a treatment facility. Only one man knows how to save him.
