Summary
The story of Mary Mohin McCartney, from her early life on a farm in Ireland to her nursing career in Liverpool, marriage to Jim and her two children, Paul and Michael. In this universe, Mary does not die and witnesses the beginnings of her elder son's career, with mixed feelings. She has memories and an inner life her family never know of, indeed that she spends a lot of time trying not to know herself. She is first and foremost a worker, but poetry still keeps finding a way to break through.
Title from Rose of the World, by W.B. Yeats

Summary
A realm torn by darkness and hate. Racial tension deeply cultivated — every soul who tried to fight it and change this obscure ship’s course, crushed like flowers stepped on by boots. Two people destined to find each other.
A human royal heir, skilled warrior and hunter, who knew nothing but the bitterness fed by his father — a cruel and violent king. Deep inside, the prince is a wounded man who fights the grief of his mother’s death — holding on to fragments of her smile and to the snippets he knows about her tragic fate. There was a softness to John that he never got to show, not even to himself — honey-brown eyes longing for deep and meaningful connection.
An elf, always filled with compassion and kindness — dangerous traits for such a cruel world. Moonlighted skin and bright hazel eyes, still too naive and too young. Grasping to his mother’s beliefs, he balanced his distrust of humans — the ones responsible for her death — with the desire for fairness for every living thing. There was always a fierceness and strength to Paul, or Aerlas, as the elves would call him — holy-leaf.
Could they be, in a world so full of resentment and hatred? -

Summary
Set in 1994, Paul McCartney is enjoying a regular morning when an unexpected visitor from an earlier time makes his presence known.
John Lennon died in 1980, but 14 years later, a divine source of energy who does not belong to a gender—known as simply God—gives him the opportunity to visit a person of his choice. This story goes into detail about John's experience in a place called Purgatory, which is unlike anything he could have expected. The man chooses to go and see Paul, obviously, still not over losing the love of his life. He feels that it could bring them both some clarity.
Problems arise, and the time he gets to spend with Paul goes by fast. They always say time goes by quicker when you're having fun.
[]
After the visit with Paul, the story describes John's adventures in Purgatory.

Summary
He wasn’t sure who’d even brought the Ouija board – Pat or Iris, maybe – but he’d laughed when Cilla had played like a fortune teller in Nightmare Alley, making a spectacle of the game, while George and Ringo and Pat all fell about, and Paul hadn’t been bothered then. Was deft in the language of ghost stories from stretched summers on the beach at Anglesey and folded notes during dull lessons at the Inny and fractured comedowns at the Bambi Kino where trying to spook each other with stories in the dark had somehow taken the teeth out of hungry and uncertain nights.
(Knew them maybe best of all for the way he could still hear A Christmas Carol in his mother’s voice, her scouse lilt trimmed to something halfway proper as she’d folded him and Mike into her sides and played ghosts past, present and yet to come.)
-
George spells Paul's mother's name as a joke on a ouija board, and John and Paul connect in the aftermath.

Summary
Paul McCartney finds himself sick, lonely, and wishing that his mother was still alive to take care of him. All he wants is to have her hug him like she used to do whenever he was feeling poorly, and these feelings soon prompt him to recall the time when he was struck with rheumatic fever whilst he was a child. The childhood recollections eventually lull him to sleep, where he dreams about the woman he longs for most. When he awakes, though, he's greeted by none other than John Lennon, who may or may not help Paul through his pain.
