“The monster crouches, massively head resting against his thighs as he snuffles against Stiles stomach, offering comfort while also seeking out some for himself. The boy hums softly, sore body slumping forward against the animal.
“You came.”
Peter feels the shift sliding from his body, the wolf happy to hide behind human skin now that their boy is safe. It still sits too close to the surface to be comfortable but he can at least talk again.
“You called.””

"You've called me Mischief all of three times since I told you that you could call me that." Stiles pointed out, smiling when that statement got Derek to look up from his work.
"That can't be right. I call you that all the time." He said, scrunching his face as he tried to remember.
