No one had been willing to even converse with him besides Muzu. All that he was told was to stay alert and stay awake, that it was the king’s orders. So he did, as diligently as any young Prince would. The outcome had led to the harsh thumps of the ground above sounding all throughout the night; before dying out suddenly with a loud trumpet.
A day later he’d been brought back to the surface, swiftly guided under Muzu’s care only to be promptly shuttered in his chambers. No one would answer when he asked where his sister was, or why his Father refused to leave his own chambers.
