Summary
Theodora is a faithful Blood Saint of the Healing Church. Her duties are simple, stay inside and produce blood. After all, the streets of Yharnam are no place for someone of her skill. Life is quiet until the day a friend comes knocking on her door, desperate for her help. What kind of a friend would she be if she did not lend her assistance? Though the sun rests low on the horizon its light still shines, and the hunt has not commenced just yet. What harm could come from simply leaving her house?
Thea soon learns she's well in over her head. Drowning under the weight of the decisions she's forced to make and the questions that plague her mind as she attempts to navigate a world she no longer recognizes. Quickly finding herself swept away on the currents of fate to places unknown and straight into the arms of a madman. Though as mad as he may seem, he may hold the key to explaining what has happened to Yharnam.
As the saint settles into her new life in Mergo's Loft, she finds a certain solace in the quiet gloom. Perhaps with time, she may even find peace within herself. However her past is not far behind, with both the Healing Church and Yharnam itself trying to drag her back to those blood-stained streets.

The Nightmare stank of the usual blood and rot. Rows and rows of the corpses of hunters dangling like puppets from the rafters, swaying to a tune only the blood could hear. My worn-through boots left wet, sodden footprints wherever I stepped. Whose blood it was, I couldn’t say. Mine, theirs, everyone’s… it didn’t matter, at least, not in this place. This place carved from half-remembered memories of the dead, the drunk, the dreaming. It all bleeds together here, one corpse dripping into the next until no man’s death is his own.

Or a blood-drunk hunter stumbles through the Nightmare, discovers some SECRETS, and develops and very unhealthy fixation on a certain self-hating Vileblood. Religious trauma, gore and questionable flirting found on the way. I wish the DLC had more Maria focus and I will forever head canon her as a sapphic.

Various characters from Library of Ruina and Limbus Company gain the ability to summon heroes from the Dark Souls/Bloodborne/Elden Ring games for a battle royale with the goal of making their wish come true. We start off with Pete, who summons The Lord's Blade Ciaran to help him achieve his dream of joining a powerful syndicate someday. From there, we meet other characters from all of these game series with their own goals and powerful skills. Chronologically, this would take place just before Library of Ruina would.
