The clock is against her, as a revolution rages on admist her mission and the rise of deviants is at an all time high.
Unfortunately for her, the lieutenant and detectives she's been assigned to work with might end up being an obstruction to her objective as she begins to question her own purpose.

Annetta smiled as she saw Connor talk fondly of his dad, seeing his eyes shine in amusement as he now recounts a time where, funnily enough, Lieutenant Anderson had drunkenly mistaken a lamppost for a very tall person.
“Really? A lamppost?” Annetta asked, incredulously.
“Correct.”
Nodding in confirmation, Connor shifted in his seat, laughing softly as he spied the eager glint in Annetta’s eyes or the slight keenness twist of her locket.
Maybe she should take her drunk best friend’s advice every once in a while. There’s some truth in there sometimes.
(I wrote this a while ago since I have never actually left the DBH fandom at all to begin with. This isn't a complete story, but something that really sparked joy when I tirelessly wrote it.)

Every deviant he investigated before his own deviancy now lived their own, free lives and were thriving. They had friends, worked like their human co-inhabitors, and some even created their own families.
Connor has Hank and Sumo, but as he watches the world around him, he wonders if there's more to his deviancy other than playing the guinea pig for Kamski's experiments and roommate for Hank. When Hank encourages Connor to broaden his horizons and meet new people, Hank's neighbor returns home with her three children to find that Detroit and its residents have truly made some revolutionary changes... -

I don’t know why they needed to go these lengths. I’m in a tiny body, and unfortunately, YK500 androids aren’t all that strong, or so I’ve learned. Mostly the hard way. Kara is sitting across from me, glaring of course, and it’s honestly understandable. It’s my fault we’re here after all. Not really one of my finer moments, I will admit. But hey, it could be worse. At least I'm not dead. Anymore.

So far, Parker was engrossed with the conversation, with looking at him. Now, she was looking at the houses they passed by. She seemed to be somewhere far away, not in the vehicle, let alone being a part of the conversation. He finally had a chance to ask that question, but she was no longer listening, she was no longer looking. Just as quickly as he found himself in the centre of her attention, he suddenly no longer was.
“Parker?” He asked, leaning forward to catch her eyes from behind the seats.
“Hm?” Slowly, she tore her eyes away from the flashing lights and finally looked at him. “Oh!” She smiled, tiredly and sweetly, and finally answered. “Androids.”

Emma "Vade" Pence is a Public Relations Chief that's been hired to work at the DPD. Society begins (and continues) its transition into more appropriate living and working conditions, catering to android rights. Keeping things cool, collected, and maintained, while the city hurdles toward new challenges, accommodations, and opportunities, is Vade's job. Getting paid to maintain the media for the DPD-- where the disputes and disruptions are handled first-hand across Detroit. But with a sudden influx in crime, the precinct becomes a ground for havoc, with officers trying to figure out what's causing such an uprise in criminal activity in the midst of social corrections.
Juggling media and work relations and while struggling to grasp personal (and oblivious) affections: Vade must decide what route to take when the core of these new problems turns the city onto its head. Silently wondering if Detroit will ever catch a break.

Reader is a Cyberlife employee tasked with android repairs and replacements. However, the Connor-model androids (all working at the Detroit Police Department) keep suspiciously injuring themselves in the field just to show up on MC’s doorstep and steal her attention. The advanced model, RK900 (Nines), is the boldest in his outright attempts to court the MC. The beta model, RK800 (Connor), catches wind of this and becomes jealous. And the mid-model, RK800-60 (Sixty), attempts to keep order and rats out the two increasingly deviant Connor-model androids, but alas, finds himself hopelessly in their same position.
Which android will successfully capture the MC’s heart? …. All of them! Because WHY NOT?

Nothing about him being an android had elicited this reaction, Connor noted, because her eyes didn’t stay on his LED, but rather on his features as a whole, as if she was looking at him but seeing someone else entirely.
“My name is Connor, I’m the android sent by CyberLife,” Connor continued, and Kate quickly pulled herself back together. “I’m here to assist you and Lieutenant Anderson in the investigation.”
