The boy raised an eyebrow. “Relax. I didn’t put us here,” he said, voice calm, his accent sounding foreign, almost bored, like he had no reason to care.
“Woah,” a squeaky, high-pitched voice said from the other side of the room. Mike turned his head. A smaller boy, glasses sliding down his nose, looked at him with wide eyes. “Uh.. Where are we?”
The scrawny boy, shrugged. Mike didn’t know what to say.
“So… none of us knows where we are?” another voice said. Mike turned to see a boy in a tailored, expensive uniform. Hands shoved into his pockets, posture perfect, he looked nice. His eyes, though… something about them was unsettling.
