This was something only Stolas could offer him, something he was sure few Imps would be willing to take. So perhaps he was offering Stolas something in return, a willing victim.

All at once, a flurry of movement exploded as he caught their wrist, his back hitting the altar table while Two Time attempted to force their blade to move forward. Both of them stood at a standstill, hands shaking from the force. His hat fell from the table as he stared blankly at them, seeing them for the first time with no obstruction.

Wrath sees Two Time again for the first time in years and everything started to go pear-shaped for his mental health. And he keeps replaying old memories, anguishing in his guilt. At least until, 1x4 caught wind.
