“I do it for the fans, really.” Vi answered truthfully, leaning back on the couch and laying her arm across the cushions behind her. She flashed the interviewer a winning smile, rolling her cough drop over her tongue to the other side of her mouth. The interviewer leaned forward, resting her chin on her hand, as if enraptured with what Vi was saying. “I write music for those who’ve been knocked down by life, those who need to know they’re not alone.”
“Were you alone once, Vi? Before all the fame, did you need a hero?” That struck a nerve Vi didn’t know she had. She thought for a second, her smile faltering just slightly as she thought back to growing up on the road, stuck touring with Vander and homeschooling Powder. “I know you grew up surrounded by fame, your father is considered a founder of modern rock.”
“I did feel alone, a lot of the time. Mom died when I was a kid, and Vander didn’t want us to grow up without him.” Vi adjusted in the seat, rolling the cough drop over her tongue again, swallowing the strange lump that had formed in her throat. “Even surrounded by what seemed like the entire world, I never felt at peace until I got on that stage for myself.”

He said, listing his grievances with his fingers, "You want your revolution, I want to ensure we can pass something better to our children."
At that, the Eye of Zaun raised an inquisitive eyebrow, "So how to do you propose we do that?" He asked, taking a sip of his whiskey.

The war between Piltover and Zaun has been going on for a long time. Zaun has seen 'freedom' and a supposedly democratic rule for a while where as Piltover has only had one during that time. King Heimerdinger; whom said that a peace treaty is long overdue. The counsellors of Piltover decided the treaty should be more oath binding. A marriage. King Silco doesn't like that idea very much, but what other options does he have? Zaun can't carry this war on for much longer.

Powder knows what to do when the female tribute’s name is called: stand still. Because her big sister has made absolutely sure the odds are always in her favor, and her name will never be called.
Thing is, Vi never told Powder what to do if her name was called.
No tribute truly leaves the arena. No victor truly wins the games.
It's been seventy-four years since this became an indisputable fact... but it may not be true much longer.
