Summary
Newly revived Wilbur is reformed, but that doesn't mean he didn't keep a bit of his previous insanity. Glatt has reflected on his actions from when he was alive and has mellowed down and knew what he did was very much wrong, but that doesn't mean he is unable to be a cruel warrior when necessary. Tommy was a determined and cheerful child that bowed down to no one most of the time, but that didn't mean he never had his low moments.
Frankly, Wilbur and Glatt have a few choice words for the shitty family and shitty "friends" that Tommy has been subjected to. Oh, and, they have a few opinions on Dream, too.

Summary
He just can't take all of the phantom pains, the sleepless nights, knowing his whole family/best friend hates and has already replaced him. This is the right course of action right? If everybody wanted him dead then why shouldn't he be?
Or
Tommy commits suicide after no longer being able to deal with all of his pain alone and a certain mystical figure that's been watching him since he was young decides that she'll give these people, the very rare for her, second chance to redeem themselves.

The same can't be said for Wilbur, who's been biding his time in the afterlife.

Summary
The man was dressed in what looked to be a black robe with white diamonds at the bottom, a green samue and to top it off an ugly green and white striped bucket hat. The man was an insult to the eyes is what Tommy thought. Which was why he made his way over to the rocks, to berate the man’s fashion choices. And that was how Tommy met Phil.
Or: A silly little orphan named Tommy learns that there are consequences for making fun of people's fashion choices, especially when they are mermaids.
