Summary
After almost a year and half since Shouta Aizawa has seen his friends, an announcement is made that Team Star must disband or be expelled. Not wanting that to happen, Shouta leaves school to track down and beat up his friends until they agree to disband their group.

Kris’ hand darts out to grasp at her arm, trying to tug her away, but they’re not fast enough and Susie’s palm has already enclosed around the knob. She pulls it open without a second thought, her eyebrows furrowing. Inside, almost inconspicuously, lies a beating red heart, a human soul, the very same that should currently be inside of Kris’ body.

“Don’t give me that look,” Jinx says abruptly, and Vi nearly startles— but Jinx is still looking at the kid, Isha, all but turned away from Vi herself. “Did I teach you how to be greedy?”
Isha frowns, and she peeks around Jinx’s frame to peer at Vi. For a moment, Vi stares almost stupidly at a pair of wide brown eyes, before the girl draws her lips and turns back to Jinx, gesturing vaguely in Vi’s direction.
“Oh, is that so?” Jinx snorts, shaking her head with a wrinkle of her nose so familiar Vi exhales sharply to keep herself quiet. “Traitor. Fine, fine, but get me one too, okay?”
Isha smiles, and she stands clumsily, tipping her hat with shy eyes at Vi before she darts off, easily disappearing in the chaos of the commune.

Summary
John is revived on Theseus about a year into the trip, and he’s come back both ascended and depressed. He disassociates often, which for him is a lot more literal than most. Dirk brings out a side of sadism John didn’t realise he had in him and John brings out sadomasochism that Dirk was well aware he had in him. It’s kind of romantic.
