There came a point over the past few days where there he felt nothing at all, hell- he’d run out of web-fluid at some point on the second morning, just having fled a group of angry gang members who he’d interrupted, so all there was left to do was to hide. Because running was no longer an option for him anymore.

To achieve maximum performance, it opts to optimize its energy usage. A more efficient source of biofuel may exist—but V1 needs a means to extract it. A particular peripheral used by Mindflayers seems promising.
V1 intends to test it on Gabriel. There must be something better than blood.
