Jay Garrick wakes up on November 11th, 1965, in a Smallville farmstead he only vaguely remembers purchasing in 1945, age 47 and not looking a day over twenty-five.
Barry Garrick wakes up nestled against his twin brother Eobard on May 15th, 1983, age 8 and best friends with Clark Kent, who lives just down the road.
This is an ordinary occurrence, just as it has been for most of the last two million or so times this sort of thing happened.

Although I cannot tell you their exact age, Robin is a minor and their living situation is that they are primarily under the care of their mentor, Batman.”
