What is The Legend of Spyro Trilogy? It was a series of games released between 2006 - 2009 that have mixed reviews and are a bit divisive due to it rebooting and making major changes to the Spyro The Dragon franchise. The Legend of Spyro games have a darker tone than the original, with a focus on telling a more serious story.
You do not need to have played any Spyro game, including any of The Legend of Spyro series to understand this rewrite/novelization.

This rewrite/novelization aims to tackle a few things. I want to expand upon the story, themes, and characters. Thus, the entire series will be getting a T rating. I aim to also fill in the plot holes left in the later games. That is the "rewrite" portion of the series; there will be some canon divergence.
The novelization part aims to remove ALL video game mechanics from the story to have it read like a seamless book and not something based on an early 2000s video game with mixed reviews. Let me know how I do!

After being on the run from his parents and the government for a couple of months, moving from town to town, Danny ends up in Gotham City and decides to risk staying in Batman's territory. He'd take the wrath of Batman over live vivisection via beloved parents or being studied and torn apart by the government. Besides, he's not a meta. Being dead is a medical condition.
