In every equation, there is a reaction and then a result. This is a known fact, something Tobirama has known to trust in since his very first chemistry lesson. Sometimes there is a catalyst: a thing which sparks motion, sets things alight.
Tobirama, pressed against the kitchen bench, eyes narrowed at Madara. Reactant.
Madara, smirking, bracketing Tobirama in, voice lilting. Reactant.
Madara’s eyes dropping to Tobirama’s lips, indicating interest, even as his own mouth runs to try taunt Tobirama. Catalyst.
Maybe it’s time to change the script.
“Fine,” Tobirama says coolly, and then he curls his fingers into the front of Madara’s shirt and hauls him in.

Zevran deftly pries free Brosca’s hands and has him wind the fingers through his hair.
“Oh and, my dear Warden,” he says lazily, “feel free to pull.”
Brosca shifts his hands, fisting his hair by the back of his nape– oh, Maker . Zevran’s eyes practically roll to the back of his skull as Brosca pulls him up for a series of searing kisses. He doesn’t yank, just increases the pressure until it builds like a low burn.
Zevran absentmindedly lets his arms fall behind his back and clasps himself.
"So," Brosca said, voice rough as he taps a free hand against Zevran's wrists, "how many of your jokes about getting tied-up were just that, and how many were actual suggestions?"

The other students got back to their conversation after a moment, but Zelda and the scientists openly stared. Zelda had never seen Link with a friend. As far as she knew, he’d never tried to make one.
“Isn’t it so much nicer having lots of people everywhere?”
Link lifted his hand, and signed out a few words. The stranger laughed. Link had made a joke? Then, his friend signed back, and something even stranger happened. Link laughed too.
