"Uuughhhhhh, there's way to much oil in my fur, how am I supposed to get this out!" Sonic held his head in his hands as he sat down on the grass next to a crippled robot, sulking about his messy fur.
Shadow, who was dusting himself off, paused his actions and stared at sonic.
"What did you just say?"
"What? I said there's to-"
Shaow's confused scowl deepened in annoyance.
"I know what you said, you imbecile. what is 'ool'?" Shadow asked with a tilt to his head.
Sonic's eyes widened in confusion, but stood up and strode towards Shadow with confidence. How infuriating. Shadow's scowl somehow deepened and his eyes narrowed.
"Oil. You know, the stuff that badniks have inside them?" Sonic's smile widened and his eyes held snark.
Tails in the background just sighed.
Or: 5 times Shadow was confused by sonic's accent and had to be told what he said, and the 1 time he finally figured it out without someone's help.
