The laugh was slight, barely even one. “Still feels weird.” Stephen smiled; it was small and didn’t cause the edges of his eyes to crease.
“I’ll see you around.”
The Magician stared at him, eyes mourning something already lost. “Good luck kid.”

It stuck.
The kid tugged on it experimentally.
It continued to stick.
“Hmph,” the kid said.
And then he dropped the white sticky thread, which Tony's sleep-deprived mind was completely one hundred percent certain was a web just like Spider-Man’s, and went back to work.
Who knew such things could be hiding in Tony’s own internship labs?
OR: Tony Stark has been looking for Spider-Man for a long time. He has very, very little success in this search, despite Peter Parker working in his labs. Just some fun identity shenanigans >:)

Peter looked at Ned who looked at MJ who raised an eyebrow. They seemed to reach some sort of agreement because Peter turned, shouted, “Okay!” back down the hallway and executed a perfect back flip.
Literally no one noticed.
Not a single person looked up from their phones or their stupid conversations or whatever they had going on.
Flash was going to cry.
Or: Peter stops hiding his identity so much at school (for convenience, he swears). Flash is the only one who notices, and to his increasing frustration, no one believes him.

After the Snap, the world was in disarray. People turning to dust became the common nightmares with which humanity had to struggle. There was chaos all over the world when people from all around the world panicked and tried to find their loved ones, begging the heavens and every single God in existence for the people they knew to still be alive and well, safely living their lives and not lost in the wind.
But then they noticed. They noticed that Spider-Man was gone, too. Queens was the first to notice. The people living in the borough felt unsafe, the familiar flashes of red and blue gone from their streets. They looked for their vigilante – for their hero – everywhere, but he was gone. And once they started talking about it, whispering about the disappearance of their beloved hero, the rest of the city woke up and started demanding answers about where Spider-Man was.
Thirteen months after the Snap, Stark Industries released a video called ‘If I Die Young’. Nobody needed to think too hard about what the video would be about. They all just pressed play and watched it.

In which Ned suggests the idea of making a Spider-Man YouTube Channel, MJ agrees, Peter reluctantly goes along with the plan, and the internet loses it. Involving videos, threads, threats to New York that Peter definitely didn't cause, and a bit of growth.
