Summary
The Ashes of Eden is a fan-made fictional sequel to the Korean thriller series "Strangers from Hell" (타인은 지옥이다). It is set three years after the main protagonist, Yoon Jongwoo's accident at the Eden Residence where he suffers a severe head injury resulting in a coma that causes him to forget the insanity that he witnessed during his stay. He awakens into a life he barely recognises - fractured memories, a loss of identity and a reflection he can no longer trust. Released from hospital and desperate to rebuild his life, he relocates hoping to disappear into a quiet, anonymous existence. However, strange dreams and familiar voices begin to surface... including one he thought he'd never hear again, Seo Moon-jo. But Moon-jo is somehow not the kind of man he remembered him to be. He's now a renowned and untouchable doctor with a pristine public image and a growing empire. Jongwoo is torn between rage and something more dangerous - fascination.
