Morgana is truly cruel and casts a magic spell that is far worse than just killing Arthur. Arthur has been turned into an incubus, and has to survive feeding off of the emotions and sensations that are involved in sex. He is now supposed to be one of the most seductive creatures/demons ever on earth.
But magic can only do so much, and Arthur is still Arthur, which means flirtation is not his strong suit. Now he has to wait for Merlin to either break this curse, or figure out how to actually seduce someone or he will die.
Luckily he is a very loved man, even if he doesn't quite realize that, and everyone will work to make sure that this is not the way that Morgana destroys Camelot.

Merlin didn’t understand what it was about his computer that Arthur loved so much, Arthur knew that. Especially when he had a bigger computer in the main living room at a desk he could use.
What he didn’t seem to get, though, was that it was precisely because he wasn’t allowed to use it that made him want to use it so bad. That and, he’d used it with Merlin’s supervision before, and things loaded so much faster than on the shared computer!
