Főhősünk ezúttal Aram Qadir, egy iráni bevándorlóból lett maffiózó és emberevő mocsári ló, akit egy békés-átlag augusztusi reggelen egy telefonhívás rángat ki a pasija ágyából, és kénytelen-kelletlen elvállal egy élőhalott-eltakarító küldetést az ország túlfelén, Harebellben, egy nyegle tinédzserlánnyal és egy idétlen kocsmárossal kisegítve.
