It's Stiles who brings it up. It's been three years since they got together, two years since Stiles’ turned eighteen and they've moved together in the newly rebuilt Hale house, six months since Derek proposed. Three beautiful years. Their pack is strong, comfortable. Derek grew into his Alpha status and with time became less harsh, less angry at the world.
With the Beacon Hills being so peaceful for some time already, them happy and comfortable, Stiles started to think about their family. About bringing cubs into their life. Yes, he is young, he still has college to finish. But he's sure he wants kids with Derek. And he knows that he has nothing to be afraid of. He will have help, he won't be alone. Derek, his dad and Melissa, their pack.

Summary
Stiles' life is shit right now. He knows it, just like he knows he can't go on like this any longer. He wants to try to be better, but not for his father, not for his so called friends. Stiles wants to do this for himself.
Because despite the constant pain, nightmares, disappointment and pure despair running through his mind and body, he wants to survive. He wants to show everyone who's ever hurt him that he's over it. That he can live without them and with his fucked up past.

Stiles knows he deserves better, so he moves, meets Lucifer and Mazikeen and starts getting back on his feet.

Those are his first words to Stiles who stands with wide eyes and jaw hanging low. He should say something. Like simple sorry, for example. He truly had no idea this part of the forest belongs to someone. So yeah, it is appropriate to apologize for trespassing. But guess what? Stiles' brain to mouth filter isn’t having it so instead of apology, what comes out is:
“Oh my god, your eyes are beautiful.”

So he lets go.
Eddie asks for another chance at making things right, at keeping Buck alive and happy, and gets several. Stuck reliving the same day over and over until he figures a way out, he finally learns to listen to the universe when it screams at him.

Summary
He knows he could have called Maddie and she would have been there, though the memory of her disappointment last time stopped him. As for everyone else—even if he weren’t prohibited from talking to them by his lawyer, Buck doubts anyone would have come. The last time they talked was when they ran into each other in the grocery store a week back, and, since Buck is not eager for a repeat of that interaction, he doesn’t even consider calling anyone in to hold his hand for what is, he tells himself, probably just another little blip on his road back to the 118.
He is able to convince himself of this up until the moment Dr. Gutierrez walks into his room and says, “Well, Evan, you just can’t seem to do anything the easy way, can you?”
Because, as it turns out, there is a circumstance under which a tiny clot that doesn’t cause you to vomit blood in front of all of your friends and family is worse than three big ones that do: that circumstance is called ‘being on blood thinners.’
