The smile on Ness’s face wavered slightly as he considered the question and what it meant. A wave of hunger pains rolled over him when his eyes lingered on the slightly exposed tattoo etched into Kaiser’s skin.
Ness was hungry.
“I think… that if you intend to deceive someone, then you are lying, and what you say is therefore a lie. Even if it includes the truth.”
