Summary
Buck scoffs. “You really think you could go longer than I could without--”
Eddie shakes his head in amusement. “Making a ‘deposit’?” he teases sarcastically, finishing Buck’s sentence when he awkwardly clams up. “Yes, with one hundred percent certainty.”
Buck’s eyebrows raise, his bright grin showing off a row of perfectly white teeth. “Oh, you wanna bet? Since you’re so confident.”
-----
Buck and Eddie challenge each other to see who can go the longest without an orgasm. Eddie’s pretty confident he can win.

Summary
“Eddie,” Buck breathes, laughing humorlessly, his voice wet and thick. “If we sat here and-- and went through the list of things I want…” his hands gesture aimlessly. “We’d-- be here all night.”
Eddie nods, catching Buck’s eyes again. “Maybe-- we start with mine, then.”
The space between them feels charged with static, like the second before the thunder finally rumbles.
-----
Eddie’s finally choosing to be better-- finally choosing joy. He just needs a push or two in the right direction, first.

Summary
Eddie doesn’t remember when it started. Maybe it was always there—quiet and steady, tucked behind shared laughter and late-night calls, in the space between a look and the moment it’s returned. He never meant to hold onto it so tightly. He just never found a way to let it go.
So he stayed silent. Let Buck live his life. Let himself ache through it.
And then one day, Buck starts smiling for someone else. He starts leaving shift lighter than he came in, eyes soft in a way Eddie hasn’t seen in months. Eddie doesn’t say anything. Just watches. Just breaks, a little more each day.
Until the night the words fall out, uninvited and low.
''He doesn’t look at you like you’re the air in his lungs.''Buck hears it. Doesn’t turn around. And Eddie finally understands what it means to love someone so deeply it swallows you whole—and still choose silence.
But silence doesn’t always mean nothing.
And sometimes, love finds its way back anyway.Bookmarked by Srko76

Summary
“Yeah?” Eddie presses. “What’d you guys do?”
Buck lets out a startled laugh. “Eddie—”
“What?” Eddie says, tone casual, his gaze anything but. There’s something crackling in the air now, something hot and unspoken. “You brought someone into my house. I think I deserve to know.”Eddie’s not used to wanting something this badly. And he sure as hell isn’t used to seeing someone else with it.

Summary
The purpose of a parasite is to feed off another, to extract parts of a living host to the parasite’s benefit. It is dependent on taking, selfishly depleting one’s life source in order for itself to live. Something to be squashed, removed, and cured from.
Guilt coats his skin, and Eddie fears he will never be clean no matter how much he scrapes himself away. He will always just be a parasite, useless and diseased with something nonhuman and evil.
Or, Eddie is greed incarnate.
