Summary
Gojo Satoru, a powerful alpha Sentinel and jujutsu sorcerer, doesn't need a Guide, despite what Yaga and the higher-ups think. But it's find a Guide or get pulled from missions. Gojo doesn't expect to find a compatible Guide. He certainly doesn't expect Nanami Kento, who he hasn't seen in eight years, to suddenly enter his life again.
Nanami, a powerful omega Guide, has left both jujutsu and his days as a Guide behind. He's as happy as he can be in his life now, and he doesn't need any interruptions or distractions.
Gojo is both of those things, and Nanami isn't ready for him. But maybe they can help each other, heal each other, and find in one another a way to smooth their jagged, broken edges.

Their hands always strayed close together when they made their patrols—Nai always ready to catch his limping brother, always concerned for his balance when they traversed the dunes and craggy wreckage—Vash’s eyes always lingered on his own when they caught each other looking, fingertips brushing on waists, hands too high on thighs, necks, napes bare and tempting in the moonlight. Some wounds could only heal with time, and they had all the time they could ever possibly need.
They were made for each other. They were born in each other’s arms, perfect mirrors, perfect plants. Why shouldn’t they be together, in all ways and in all things?

Wolfwood places his hand on Vash’s thigh, waiting for him to push it off, but he doesn’t. If anything, his thigh only flexes under the touch, prompting him to squeeze. That feels nice under his fingertips, makes him want more, to see more.
“Are you sure about that, Vash?” Wolfwood whispers, leaning in close. “There’s no need to play coy with me. I don’t like beating around the bush.”
Like this, with the way Vash shudders and melts underneath him, Wolfwood knows that he has him in the palm of his hand.

Nanami Kento had realized, during one of his many sleepless nights after the Night Parade of A Hundred Demons, that there was an infinity of other paths open to him. His career choices weren't limited to salaryman or sorcerer. He could become a baker, or an architect, or a teacher. He could contribute something tangible to the world. He could use his natural talents of precision, dedication, and self-control for something more rewarding than corporate greed or killing curses. Maybe he could even help people, if he was being optimistic about it.

Nanami quits his corporate job and becomes a professional dom instead, takes on Gojo as a client as he struggles to overcome a particularly difficult barrier, and then everything gets more complicated from there.

"Do you need help?" Gojo offered.
"I'd appreciate it if you jumped with- what the hell are you doing?"
Nanami isn't sure when Gojo leaped onto the ledge of the window but suddenly he was there, manhandling Nanami into his arms until he held him the way a groom would hold his new bride.
"I'm helping you!" Gojo exclaimed cheerfully.
"How is this helping me?" Nanami said struggling to settle in Gojo's arms. He didn't want to hold onto him, but he was also afraid of falling.
"If you don't jump, I'll just throw you!"
Gojo Satoru is locked away in the Prison Realm and now humanity is in danger. A resurrected Nanami Kento takes it upon himself to go into the prison realm and bring Gojo back. Unfortunately, Gojo doesn't want to come back. During their trials before and after, they fall in love.

“Geto-san,” Gojo snorts. “So polite towards a guy who deserted.” The bitterness in his voice is so strong that it makes Kento flinch. “No, I wasn’t in love with Suguru. I never loved anyone, at least not yet.” Gojo is wearing his glasses, and he slides it down the bridge of his nose to stare at Kento. “But you, I could love you.”
He says it in a way that is so casual, like he is talking about the meal they just had. It’s not a joke, or teasing – Gojo is serious. Kento should take it as an offense, it almost feels dismissive. Instead, he feels his heart start beating faster, but he has years of concealing his own feelings to let them show now.
“Because I’m so easy to love?” He asks, sarcastic.
“No.” Gojo shakes his head. “I could love you because you would never love me back. And that is what I need.”
