Rearing back, the blonde teen stammers as his shock allows the heroine to pull him back on the stool.

The underground hero sighs deeply. “Midnight.”
She nods, and before she releases enough of her quirk to knock the panicking teen out, he digs under his collar sharply for a red feather, and snaps it in half, before sleep overtakes him.
MindMeld smiles in reassurance. “Sometimes people get nervous, but it’s alright.” She places her hands on either side of the teens temple. “Let’s begin.”

You what? His eyes widen and the hero’s lips curve upwards again. What does that have to do with anything?
Well, Mr. Oblivious. A light of amusement flashes through Hawks sharp gaze. I’m willing to take on a student. You got potential. Shame for it to go to waste at a place where they clearly care more about the bully then the bullied.
Wait. He narrows his eyes. Are you saying you’d take me in as your student or protégé or something?
Hawks actually does smile this time, for a moment, and nods slightly, a quirk miniscule bob of his head. Why not?

Nedzu knows immediately of course, of the phone call young Takami made, and of course, he knows to whom young Takami made the phone call to, so he prepares his faculty to the best of his ability. There was nothing more dangerous then a predator scorned, and young Takami’s older brother and guardian was nothing if not a fearsome predator, especially when it came to his kid brother.
He takes great pleasure in the tension, nervous energy, that overcomes his school when the red winged man lands in front of the gates and struts (stalks) up the pathway to the doors.
The stoat took great care in maintaining a discrimination free environment, you can lead a horse to water though you can’t make it drink, he can enforce a no tolerance policy, but he cannot dictate how an individual will behave.
He’s sure this visit will be an interesting one.
After all, it wasn’t often that a hero of Hawks standing came for a visit.

But the damage had already been done. They found him mere hours after returning to his prison of a school where everyone, students, teachers, Nedzu attempted to act as though they hadn’t crushed his soul for weeks. They found him in a pool of his own blood, wrists and throat slit, a messy suicide attempt.
