Summary
The entire story of Master Kohga and his loyal companion, General Sooga, set in the pre-Calamity BotW timeline, as I imagine it through the lense of an action-filled romance story.
Sooga sets his unrequited feelings for Kohga aside for the sake of their goal. In a turn of events, Kohga starts acting quite strange and Sooga's ability to hide his undying love dwindles. This opens up a path of new problems and new experiences for the two old friends, bickering like the married couple they are. Still, the Great Calamity looms over the horizon and demands everything, even from its followers.
Also, the Yiga have free healthcare.____________
It started out as a bunch of daydreams that turned into drabbles that turned into ficlets that turned into this. It's silly its fun it's emotional and it sure has got more blood, sweat, and tears in it than I initially planned. What started out as a complete crackship has now consumed my life for several years. In a city inundated with smog and the homogenous sludge of Hyrulean society, Ganon exists day by day in his apothecary. He brews and sells potions, drinks wine, and shrugs off any attempt to penetrate the gloom he has cast about himself. His self-prescribed suppressants keep him docile and apathetic, any urges of lust or violence smothered for the good of all.
And yet, every morning, he opens his shop window for a brief visit from a bright and beautiful hylian boy who brings him fresh ingredients in exchange for medicine and a little money. Ganon knows it isn't the type of indulgence he should allow himself, but he can't bring himself to chase away this one ray of sunshine in his self-imposed darkness.

The Adventure continues as the Smash Brothers Fighters team up with the Mask Stranger and travel all the way to Kensdale to search the library in the hopes of finding answers in Aunt Kate's office.
Just like the first time, they'll find tapes to watch and solve puzzles, but unlike before, these tapes seem to be way more interactive and possibly more dangerous than before.
Behind the screen isn't any better, as things in Amanda's realm get filled with more tension and even deadly as Hameln themselves get involved.
Where will this investigation lead our heros now?

Link flinched back from whatever look Paya gave him, but reached forward again to cup her cheeks and smooth away her tears. Zelda settled to the floor next to them, on her knees in the dirt, and ever so carefully rested a hand on Paya’s shoulder.
“You’ve never seen me use my power like that, huh?” Zelda said, sounding vaguely self conscious. Paya looked at her, uncomprehending. “It’s a little intense, isn’t it?”
“Allergic,” Link said nonsensically, but Zelda nodded.
“Maybe,” she said, “what do you need, Paya? Water? A hug? Some space?”
Paya just looked at her. The Goddess made Hylian. The Goddess incarnate. The Goddess herself, bursting out of Zelda’s skin. Moved her eyes to Her chosen knight, Her hero. The cold steel of his eyes was gone, replaced by the gentle blue she had always known from him.
What was that?
