Confusion is the first thing Scott feels when he wakes in his bed after dying in a game. It only gets worse when he realises no one else remembers even being missing.
Guilt is next when he realises how worried their friends had been and he might have answers for them but didn’t dare to share.
He could only hope it wouldn’t add to the long list of things that haunted him.

“You…” Sparklez frowned “You don’t know? But you have the mark” he pointed towards a picture of a star that Scott had gotten from his parents when he was young. Xornoth had gotten one too, though he doubted that one still existed. There wasn’t really anything special with it, just a blue star with sparkles on a purple background. Xornoth’s had been orange, but otherwise identical.
(This was written in 2022 as a sort of spin off sequel to my "Tommy's ability to control minds" series. However I never finished it and likely never will, but I was convinced by my friend to post it today so here you go.)

He was young, too young to be passed out alone in a rainy alley. His blonde hair was darkened by water and streaks that must have been blood if his batter face was anything to go by. His skin was pale and his body trembled slightly, even in unconsciousness.
Whisper moved side by side with his partner, pulling out first aid supplies and searching for major injuries. “You know this kid?” he asked.

Techno doesn’t remember much of anything. He knows his duty as a S/C/A/R/E/C/R/O/W. Knows that he’s supposed to detain and eliminate killjoys.

Next, Technoblade awoke as a rabbit in a new world where gods were absent, faced with a choice - will he try to return to his mission and seek revenge against the god who cursed him or embrace peace as a humble farmer?

Summary
The stranger was tall, was the first thing he noticed. Tubbo had to crane his neck up to look at their face at such a close range. Although, he realized quickly, it may be best to keep his eyes downward instead. They were an enderman, clearly: long legs, alien proportions, chitinous armor that’s rough and black instead of softer skin. Purple particles floated in the air around them. It was the same type of build he’d come to recognize in Ranboo.
It was also, very clearly, not Ranboo at all. Or at least...not the one he knew.

Forged from end crystals and obsidian made from their mother’s breath, it holds a lot of value in the Overworld. Despite this, Ranboo knows nobody from the Pub(e) would ever dare to touch their crown.
Well, except for Tommy.

"You want me to do what?" Siren was bewildered. It's not like Tommy wasn't expecting that reaction, he would be shocked too if Tommy was in the dude's shoes.
"You heard me." A mischievous smile spread across Tommy's face. "I want you to train me on how to be a hero and I don't accept any no's for an answer."
