There are stories, as old as time - passed down from generation to generation. When the ancient powers of our world align, when the will of our Gods unite, sometimes a traveler slips through time and of course it is Bilbo Baggins on whose door adventure knocks. We all know even the smallest person can rewrite fate but will Bilbo take this secound chance and is he willing to pay the price that comes with saving lives.
I really just wanted to write Thorin getting whipped and the Outlander scene popped into my head so yeah, naturally I ended up writing a whole remade of their quest involving a timeline shift and Silmaril lore.
