One late spring morning, Steve decides to call in the help of a local gardening company to restore his yard to its former glory. When gorgeous gardener Bucky Barnes shows up on his doorstep the next day, he unwittingly upturns not only Steve’s yard, but his life, too.     Bucky Barnes has been trying to juggle his final term in his undergrad while trying to find a thesis project for grad school by day, by night he plays table top games. His characters have a habit of dying before the end of the campaign, and all he can do afterwards is talk to his friend Nomad1974 about the games.
    Steve Rogers has been trying to get though art school while his mother is sick with cancer, and circumstances have required that he move in with his mother and uncle until his mother is better or he graduates from college, which ever comes first. The best escape he has is playing table top games online with his friend Not_Yur_Side_Kick17.
    Both players have started developing feelings for each other online, but when they meet in real life, they are unaware they know each other, and begin pining. When well these two figure out that they know each other in real life?

    Steve Rogers is a scrawny kid in his junior year of high school who's constantly picked on by bullies. He seems normal. Apparently. But he has a secret. This secret is about a special serum which changed his life forever.
    One year ago Steve was chosen by Dr. Erskine to try a unique serum which turned him into a super soldier.
    Since then he's been using his new powers to protect his city and his people.
    And at the same time he has to protect his secret from everyone.
    Though his enormous crush on James Barnes,the popular guy at his school,is not helping. At all.
    Though,when an evil terrorist organization threatens New York's peace,Steve must stop them before they can destroy his city and hurt the people he loves.

Mutual pining, close quarters, some weather-related mishaps, and some well-timed meddling from a mischievous, well-meaning Sarah Rogers, Natasha Romanoff, and Rebecca Barnes, do their level best to help Steve and Bucky own up to their feelings.     The summer of Tony's seventeenth year of being alive sucked. Let's face it, it royally sucked. Being sent away to stay with a family member he didn't know all because of one mishap - well, it sucked. But he goes grudgingly, and things turn out a lot different than he anticipated. But it still sucked.

    Steve was always near death. That's just how his life was. Sickly, scrawny, and alone but for his mother and best friend, Steve Rogers had a pretty crappy childhood. But he loved it - for the most part. Then the summer he turned sixteen changed so much.

    Thirteen years later, Fate (if you believed in that kind of crap, which Tony definitely doesn't) throws a curveball into the lives of two men separated by unchangeable circumstances.
