Summary
25 years after The Enclave conquered all of North America and begun their liberation of the entirety of Earth from the mutant threat, they find a vault containing blueprints to build a gate that would lead to other worlds. After building said gate, they find a world rich in resources but notice that some of the technology may be out of their league.
So they hide, manipulate and steal as much as they can from this new world until the right moment, when the factions of the world are at their weakest, then the Enclave will strike.
