As Tim is beginning to settle into life in Blüdhaven, going back to school, and assisting with patrol in the evening. Thing finally feel some kind of normal.
Then he get news that his parents are out on bail and want to see him again.

Darla makes a face at the reminder, “Ugh, don’t remind me traitor, moving to Blüdhaven! How could you!”
“I don’t think he had much say in the matter.” Bernard joins them on the way to class, “Ives is sick by the way, I don’t know if you saw the group chat already.”
“I haven’t.” Tim confirms, he’d fallen asleep pretty quickly in the car and hadn’t checked the chat that morning. “Is it just a cold or?”
“Just a cold.” Bernard states. “He’s okay.”
“Good.” Tim quickly side steps a couple boys racing down the halls.
“Did you hear the news yet?” Darla asks, “Your parents made bail.”
Tim nods, Dick had told him as soon as he’d gotten the news. “Yeah I’ve known for a couple days.”
“What happens now?” Bernard asks. “Like do you go back? Are you going to have to see them?”
“I’m not going back.” Tim states, his pulse speeding up at the thought.

Summary
Tim’s left boot, outer layer sock, inner wool sock and foot were completely soaked through. No amount of planning could have predicted getting lost in the middle of a Wisconsin forest, let alone the matter that Robin decided to go out onto a river midwinter without testing the ice to see if it was solid all the way through first,
Well.
Maybe Tim could have predicted that. Damian al Ghul-Wayne did not like many things in life, and Tim happened to be on that extensive list. A wiser version of him, one that was not freezing his ass off pre their argument probably could have predicted that Robin would have yelled about authority and how Tim had none here, that it was all his fault they were lost and would have stormed onto the ice in retaliation.
Hopelessly lost in the woods and with only ten emergency flares to keep back predators and the cold, Tim and Damian bond (and maybe learn to understand each other just a bit more.)

Two weeks and four days after Jason Todd’s funeral, Tim Drake realized Batman couldn’t be Jason’s legacy. He was eating cereal while watching the news, typing up notes about what had been going on in Gotham and occasionally remembering to actually take a bite of his breakfast. Batman was getting worse; it was only a matter of time before someone died. And not someone like the Joker (who honestly deserved it), but somebody who had no other option than to hold up the local corner store. So what could he do?
Looking back, he wasn’t entirely sure why he’d decided that becoming a Rogue was his best option.

After a difficult year (for many reasons) Tim goes back to Gotham to help Jason Todd reconnect with his family. Whether Jason wanted that or not, well, Tim had time to wear him down. Between the tutelage of Deathstroke and Lady Shiva, he was well equipped to handle himself as Jason's equal and hit Gotham's vigilante scene as the Buzzard. His parents were dead and the lonely cavity in his chest kept growing every day, but it didn't matter. Tim's mission could and would succeed despite his personal feelings and failures. He was fine and he had a job to do.

There was something that Gotham brought to the world that was not dark, or terrifying or bleak. Because Gotham City was famous for its music.
Where there wasn't a drug den or slums, an opera or music hall would stand. When there wasn't the sounds of tragic screams or hideous laughter, symphonies and songs floated through the air, bringing pleasure to the rich and comfort to the poor.
Even the Batman himself would take extra care not to damage these striking pillars of hope of the otherwise miserable city, moving a rogue to a secondary location if they ever dared to plan one of their devious deeds in Gotham’s halls of music, Gotham’s pride and joy.

Tim may or may not be a stalker. He hasn't quite decided yet. Like, yes, he stalks Jason Todd... but Jason Todd is dead...
Maybe Informant was a better word for him.
Without Jason around to photograph, he didn't have many options left. Yet, if there was anything ever true about Tim Drake, it was his need to insert himself in Batman's life, even if that meant forcing Batman to Batman.
And if Batman wanted him to get intel on Red Hood, then he supposed he would... No one said anything about not dating him too...
(Or, Informant Tim x Red Hood Jason where they start dating before Tim knows it's Jason and then stuff happens that moves plot.)

Talon only has one mission. One purpose in its life. That purpose is to protect the young Talon it has claimed as its family. Only Talon can't protect the child on its own. It can't stop the Court from killing the child. So Talon's only hope is to find outside help. Only the Bats are really bad at swearing they would protect 'it'.
Also, Talon would like to know who Tim is and why the bats keep calling it Tim?!
Also known as Talon(1) babysits a Talon(2) and to protect Talon(2), Talon(1) plans to throw Talon(2) at the bats and leave. Unfortunately, the bats don't agree with the 'never see Talon(2) agian' part of the plan or the part where Talon(1) has to go back.

Summary
Dick stares at the barren room in the Tower and wonders, exactly, how things had gotten so bad. Surely, there were clues as to what brought them to this point—clues that would show him what he missed—clues that would explain why exactly things still were so wrong when he was doing everything he could to make them right.
Past experiences had briefly knocked Dick’s sense of connection with his little brother down quite a few pegs, but he truly believed they had had a break through when Tim came home for the all hands. Hell, Tim told him he loved him and initiated a hug with him, so what more could he have asked for?
Dick thought he could be happy with that little bit of progress. Except now, here he was, leaning against the doorway of the room Tim was supposedly living in in the Tower with hot soup and medicine in his bag, and there was no Tim.
And, for that matter, there was no Damian.
Dick was, as much as he tried to deny it, a little pissed.

AU: Jason somehow managed to survive the Joker and retired as Robin and Tim was never needed by Batman.
---When a trip overseas during the holiday season ended up with Tim and his parents getting kidnapped, Tim found himself having the worst day of his life. It ended with Tim's mom dying and it left Tim's father in a coma. Tim was heavily injured and a bit scarred from the encounter... but at least Batman and Batgirl saved him and his dad.
Despite not being a Bat or a hero Tim still found himself in strange situations. Such as when he went to Paris when his dad, Jack was still in a comatose state and met three strange people that ended up with him sneaking alongside them.
