Summary
Amarelan straightened her back and schooled her expression. If she was going to take this mantle, she would do it her way. She would do everything she could to make things right again, before putting down the sword before it could be turned back on her the way it had Andraste. Stitch the rest of the sky back together, defeat a blighted magister from ages past, get the Chantry out of its own ass and back to helping the people it's supposed to help, and make sure the mages and templars can be normal people again. Easy.

Summary
“Please,” she would breathe softly, sometimes tinged with desperation, sometimes tinged with a hopefulness that brought tears to her eyes. And so he would nod, resting a hand on her shoulder to guide her back into her chambers, eyes vacant as she let her clothes fall from her body as she slipped into bed.
“Forget”.

Summary
Events after Corypheous's defeat and Trespasser DLC
She had called Bull, Cassandra and Dorian. She needed them.
She needed their strength, she needed their wisdom, she needed their clarity and wit.
The Anchor kept getting worse.
It was now completely unstable. She needed to release its power multiple times even if she didn’t need it, otherwise it would have exploded and would have hurt her and her companions.
The Viddasala told them that the agent of Fen’Harel they were looking for was Solas. And that he didn’t have much time left because she knew where he was and she was going to kill him.
“If it can console you, he won’t live longer than you, because I’m going to kill him.” These were her last words before vanishing again in another Eluvian.
Ellana’s mind started spiraling.
Solas? An agent of Fen’Harel? No, it was impossible. “That’s why he left us! He knew we were in danger, and he left us to protect us! We need to save him. We need to reach him before she does!”Series

Summary
The Evanuris used to run a vast tech empire until a certain Fen’Harel threw a wrench into their plans by implementing the Veil.
Ellana Lavellan used to be an Internet personality enjoying medium amounts of online fame until she got tired of it all. She still has her friends, though. And cats.
A chance meeting with a cat in need of a home, and a tall stranger in need of a cat, starts a chain of events she would not have predicted (but her group chat could have, and maybe did).
A tale of feline rescues, vet visits, love, nature walks, and many horrible choices. One of the cats is nicknamed the Orb. Our favorite elves do much mutual pining.
There are two timelines. The past timeline is marked by [before] in chapter titles; the present timeline is marked with [now].

Summary
Cullen Rutherford's worst enemy and greatest asset is his own mind. Addicted to lyrium and dangerously, stupidly in love with the Herald of Andraste, it has sometimes tortured him, but it has always gotten him through. Until now. Haven is on fire, a demigod is stalking them, the Inquisition's war is about to kick off for real, and all he has to keep himself sane enough to survive is a beat up old journal.

Summary
Ellana is dead. Skyhold is empty, abandoned, a hollowed-out memory of what was once the beating heart of the Inquisition. Solas lingers in its empty halls, tethered to a grief he cannot move past. He has seen her in the Fade— not a spirit, not a demon, but her. Now, in the spaces where she walked, she returns. He remembers her scent, her laughter, and her hands reaching for him. There is a strangeness encompassing Solas and Cole and Skyhold. She keeps coming back, and she keeps coming back wrong.
Ellana is haunting him and Cole cannot directly tell Solas why. All they know is that she is not at peace and neither is he.

Summary
Fix-it for Solavellan and Rook romances in Dragon Age: Veilguard. DAV is not canon.
Eight years after Trespasser, a couple of days before Veilguard.
Lavellan has retreated to the Temple of Mythal as the bearer of The Well of Sorrows. Still kept up to date by her contacts and understanding the gravity of the future. Probably better than almost anyone else. Determined to stay out of it, she gets a letter from her baby sib, Rook. Who is just about to go after Solas with Varric and some detective from Tevinter. Lavellan can't leave her sib to face Solas alone. But she'd rather retreat to the fade forever than face her lost love.
She's moved on and has a loving relationship with Abel'as. She's cared for as the Bel'len'a'ris Ghi'lan'a, The Guide to Eternal Knowledge. She and her beloved have been trying for a child. It is not the time to go haring off into the north of Thedas to confront an elf who never listened to her before.
Lavellan is faced with the choice of trying to help save the world again or staying where she's safe and loved. If she goes, she has a very slight chance of helping Solas survive taking down the veil, and keeping her baby sib alive long enough to get into even more trouble.

Summary
She had heard bits and pieces about him, mostly from the Breakfast Ladies who still speculated about his past. Was he a Dalish reject? A city elf with a dark past? A former slave of Tevinter, trained as an apprentice by a powerful and benevolent magister who freed him upon their death? Josephine liked that theory and Cassandra looked rather proud of it before admitting it was far from what Solas himself shared during interrogation. Aevina didn’t contribute her own thoughts on the matter because—
Mythal, those shoulders. His neck. And his calming presence…which was also very imposing, now that he stood a staff’s length away from her. And a kind face with an expression that was difficult to read. And—and—where was I?
“You called, da’lan?”
His voice had an edge to it; annoyance?
“Forgive me,” he continued. “I was quite confused by the hand motions. I thought you were gesturing to something else.” His grey eyes were cold. “A nug, perhaps?”This fanfic expands on the Dragon Age: Inquisition canon to include character studies, more friendship and found-family fluff, and more angst. Updates 2x-3x weekly, unravels slowly, sprouts wings and flies off a cliff!

Summary
Rowan sits bolt upright, blood rushing to her brain, and nearly loses consciousness again.
“Varric?”
She looks around. She’s not in Minrathous. She’s not in the Lighthouse. She’s in a small wooden hut, the Frostback chill seeping in through the thick pine walls and competing for dominance with the heat of the fire crackling in the fireplace.
She’s in Haven. 9:41 Dragon. She traveled through space and time, arriving not at Arlathan before Solas’s ritual, but at the Ferelden Conclave, just to be blown up, hurtled back into the Fade she’d so recently escaped from and then out again, now marked by god magic.
Fuck.
When Rook discovers that time travel exists - and her friend Dorian helped pioneer it - she begs him for a favor: send her back to the ritual so she might save her mentor and friend, Varric, from Fen'Harel's knife. Dorian sends her back, all right - eleven years back, to the moment everything went to hell and the Herald of Andraste was born.

All monumental stories have varied beginnings, like so many intersectional points on the roots of a great tree, but this one in particular began the moment he realized he might actually care about her; a Dalish elf named Da'lah Lavellan, who the shemlens called the 'Herald of Andraste'.

She peels the orange, laying segments carefully on the plate. Her palms smell of citrus, and Solas takes one hand in his and brings it to his mouth, kissing it and then licking along the cool line left by the orange juice. She laughs, swats at him. They sit across from one another, eating the segments of orange. Sweet and then bitter. It is a beginning. It is enough.

Summary
“How could I refute the wisdom of the Dread Wolf?” she sneered. “You’ve survived, seen it all, and I am but an inconsequent rat to your greater scheme.”
“A rat can go places wolves and dragons cannot. So can spiteful seeds.” His lips set in thoughtful poise before mirroring her frown, “I am less interested in a title for this tale than those given to the characters—they call me the Dread Wolf, what will they call you when this is over?”

The Inquisition sends a nobody-elf back in time to stop the Dread Wolf. Steal his orb, prevent the Breach, and snatch anything else of significance along the way. But this is Thedas, where everything goes wrong. -

Summary
“We will save our friend from himself, if we can.”
Inquisitor Morinne Lavellan must steel herself to confront the man who left her, took her arm, and threatens to end the world they know. Those that still believe in her are convinced she’s the only one who might be able to convince him to stop - but what if the Inquisitor’s allegiances aren’t quite as strong as they used to be?
Eager to restore his People, Solas leads an army of elves that grows stronger every day. But when it comes time to directly confront those he once called friends, some of his agents begin to question if he truly has the stomach to see this grim duty through to the end.
Then an unlikely Grey Warden enters the game after witnessing Solas’ machinations firsthand, drawing the attention of Viscount Tethras. It earns Rook the job of a lifetime: put down the Dread Wolf once and for all… no matter who gets in her way.
Eventually they must learn that sometimes, terrible choices are all that remain.
