Summary
The tragedy that befell Lucerys Velaryon at Storm’s End was never planned, on this all of our sources agree. The first battles in the Dance of the Dragons were fought with quills and ravens, with threats and promises, decrees and blandishments. The murder of Lord Beesbury at the green council was not yet widely known; most believed his lordship to be languishing in some dungeon. Whilst sundry familiar faces were no longer seen about court, no heads had appeared above the castle gates, and many still hoped that that the question of succession might be resolved peaceably.
The Stranger had other plans. For surely it was his dread hand behind the ill chance that brought the two princelings together at Storm’s End, when the dragon Arrax raced before a gathering storm to deliver Lucerys Velaryon to the safety of the castle yard, only to find Aemond Targaryen there before him.
And with Lucerys's death, the war of ravens and envoys and marriage pacts came to an end, and the war of fire and blood began in earnest.
Or, Lucerys is killed over Shipbreaker Bay as he was always fated to be. Only this time he doesn't stay dead.

A corpse. Or at least, what was meant to be a corpse. Not a living, breathing person, soaking wet and scowling at him. Those bright eyes turned their gaze from Hanbin’s face to his fingers, at the ring resting in his palm, and opened its mouth to speak.

Jason Todd is alive. That is, in fact, something that has been kind of a big deal. What with dying brutally some time before that and all. But people, especially capes, come back from the dead all the time. It's basically a minor inconvenience at this point. Capes come back, and they're still themselves, they're still human. Or alien as the case may be. The point is their species did not change.No one, not the experts on this Earth or in the dimensions he's been to, can explain how he revived. Because, see, all the other capes had some sort of explanation to coming back. Not Jason. It hadn't been something he'd thought about in years. And then he runs into an undead idiot and everything he's ever known about himself starts to fall apart.
Jason Todd is alive. But Jason Todd is dead, too. He just never noticed until another undead woke those instincts up.

Being homeless wasn't too bad for the ghost boy on the run. He had a pocket detention now, so he didn't have to worry about important things being stolen from his backpack. He made some cash by being a handyman for people in crime alley and selling items he made from the scraps he frequently stole from the dump. That was until it started to storm. He found a warehouse to take shelter for a while, and there he met a short man who looked like a fucking Leprechaun. What happened after he offered to get Danny a fresh set of clothes… well, he's not too sure.

Mihawk’s dismissal is smug as he returns to the book. “Go to sleep, Crocodile. You’re being paranoid.”
“I can’t sleep, that’s the problem. I can’t sleep, because we killed a man.”
Mihawk shrugs. “It was just Doflamingo.”
“It was murder.”
“I’d call it a public service.”

“Oh, come on,” says Shanks flippantly. He closes the distance and gently cups Mihawk’s cheek. “It was only Doflamingo.”
Finally, Mihawk’s lips split into a smile that he presses to Shanks’.
“You’re a shit detective,” he says.
Shanks laughs, joyfully wrapping Mihawk in his arms. Then he frowns. “Wait, I thought you couldn’t lie—”
Mihawk cuts him off with a kiss.
