It's been four years since the accident, and Mari Suzuki has seemingly lost almost everything. The passion for the piano she used to love is gone, replaced by a hatred and a sense of emptiness when she's forced to use it. Her previous spark of life is gone.
Sunny isn't much better, locking himself in his room for days at a time, barely coming out to see Mari. He can't face her. He can't face anyone. The guilt eats away at him, and he can't understand why people choose to forgive him.
It seems hopeless for Mari to reach Sunny. He won't listen. He won't accept. He won't find peace. It all changes when someone from her past returns to faraway. He shows Mari what she's lost, and tries to help her find it again.
Meanwhile, Sunny is finally forced out of the house and confronted with his old friends.

Summary
A pristine white gown covers them from head to toe, smooth and unblemished. Their perfectly groomed, straight black hair ends just past their shoulders, symmetrical on both sides, as her bangs part in the middle of her forehead just above her mask.
The rounded theater mask matches the white of their dress, the curved edges of the mask melding into their pale skin as if it were part of their very being. The caricature of a happy smile is carved into the mask, but there’s no sign of anything beyond the veil of the mask's sockets. Mari... she… she recognizes them now.
“Good, you’re paying attention.” They… Kanpeki, hums. The other woman clicks the pen in hand as she jots something down on the paper next to her. “We can begin then, and I think a good starting point as any is why you’re here.”
Kanpeki 完璧 (noun): perfect; complete, flawless. Or in other words... another Omari AU, but things are a little different.
Because naturally, Mari's a little different than Sunny.

The fight between Sunny and Mari at the staircase was probably the worst day of his life, so, Sunny ran away , he adapted to the harsh lifestyle and formed a gang with like-minded members, Leaving his old friends to question his whereabouts, Meanwhile, Sunny is at war with the Hooligans.
An AU where instead of Sunny pushing Mari down the stairs, he runs away and forms a gang, while his old friends are distraught and angry for 4 long years, Some not moving on while others trying to move on, being haunted by the past.
And obviously, Sunburn ensues (despite the circumstances lmao)
