“You watch where you’re going.” Wilbur said defensively.
“Excuse me, I can’t!” The child said as he passed a hand in front of his face.
Now, Wilbur started to take in the child’s appearance. He had golden locks of hair falling over his eyes. His plaid shirt was messily put together with a white shirt. His jeans were worn and his shoes were poorly polished. But what called the most attention was the fact the boy was carrying with him a white cane. Yes, those canes that help blind people escape obstacles.
He almost sent a blind kid to the ground.~
Being a vampire doesn't mean being invincible, but when actual immortal beings start hunting you down, things become harder than they usually were.

Tommy doesn’t answer. He’s learned not to.
As “Hex,” Dream’s young vampire hunter, Tommy has no choice but to obey—or bleed. It’s a cruel life of servitude and survival, but one he’s convinced himself is righteous. That is, until a shift at his second job—a grimy, warm-lit bar owned by Quackity—puts him face to face with three strangers who feel far too kind for this world.
They don’t know who he is. He doesn’t know what they are.
And somewhere between the drinks, the bruises, and a quiet smile from a man who looks like he could be his father, Tommy starts to wonder if maybe he doesn’t have to fight alone anymore.

Tommy's a vampire working for the local branch of the Hunter Organisation. He's not sure what got him to this point, but there is one thing for certain:
He's there to hunt and kill vampires.
Though, what happens when all he knows crumbles apart before him as the Angel of Death's Coven catches wind of a vampire being used by the hunters?

Everything slows down.
Tommy’s heart beats at such a rapid pace that it very well would be able to power the entire city with how rapidly it beats at such a harrowing sight.
The red of a great cape seems to burn in the night, the colour of the attire being an oh so impossible sight. But yet here it is, accompanied by the bone white boar mask the monster wears, the long pink hair flowing in a braid from the powered movement.
The Blood God.
The fucking Blood God.
Right hand to the Angel of Death, able to tear apart battlefields without ever breaking a sweat. A creature so heavily researched by humanity that it’s almost obsessive with how meticulously they desire to understand everything about how this being is able to pull off such a feat of effortless massacre.

Summary
Again, Tommy knew he shouldn’t care. But he knew he’d never be able to live with himself if he did what Wilbur asked. This guy deserved a chance to live, even if he was undead. His chance at a normal human life had been stolen, and while Tommy couldn’t explain why, he felt like he had to make that up to him.
“Just… let me try to find you a blood source that doesn’t involve hurting people,” Tommy said, squeezing his shoulders. “Once we get that worked out, and you don’t have to worry about feeding, we can figure out where to go from there.”
The frustration slowly leaked out of Wilbur’s face, until the only thing left in the lines of his forehead was exhaustion. Not physical exhaustion, but something more. Something deeper.
“You’re the worst fucking vampire hunter I’ve ever met.”
aka the fic where Tommy's google search history is probably 'what do I do when the vampire I'm trying to kill is depressed as hell and I feel too bad to actually kill him?'

“Fourteen,” Tommy sputters, wincing.
Techno swallows. Fourteen. He can deal with this. “Fourteen,” he repeats. Tommy nods slowly, grip still harsh on his stake. “That’s still too young to be bitten.”
Tommy lowers the stake slightly—he lets out a sad, wet chuckle. “Like I had a choice,” he says. “Nobody does.”
Techno is a vampire. Tommy is a vampire hunter who just so happens to also be a vampire.

“That’s kind of rude, don’t you think?” The vampire asked, raising an eyebrow at him. “I have no clue where I am or what I’m doing here, and you’re just going to kill me? I haven’t even attacked you.”
Tommy blinked. Usually, the vampires he ran into would kill him on sight. He wasn’t used to them actually talking to him. Let alone call him out for apparently being rude.
“I’m a vampire hunter,” Tommy stammered, still fighting with his crossbow bolt. “It’s my job to kill you guys.”
“So, what, you came down here to clear the place out of vampires?” The vampire asked.
“Well… that’s not exactly why I’m here,” Tommy admitted, clenching his jaw. “I was told to try and find out what the vampires were looking for here.”
The vampire eyed the ash piles at the edge of the platform and snorted. “I’d imagine they were probably looking for me.”
or, Tommy is a vampire hunter, Wilbur is a vampire that's been locked in a crypt for 1000 years, and Wilbur's dad is trying to end the world so they have to team up and stop him.

Summary
Tommy has always had bad luck when it comes to anything. He joined the Vampire Hunters knowing they didn't have a long lifespan, but the pay was good. He expected his bad luck to get him killed, but instead, he got attached and his luck decided to kill him was too easy.
He's now gained the attention of a vampire group called the Sleepy Coven. And they have taken quite the interest in him. Tommy is just tired if anything, but these vampires seem keen on breaking his will. Nothing ever goes easy for Tommy Innit.

Tommy was a vampire hunter.
Well, not a particularly accomplished one. Sure he had all the materials: the stakes, crosses, a couple torches and lanterns, some silvered knives, and even a crossbow with some specialized silver bolts, but he has yet to kill an actual vampire so far.
Well that wasn’t exactly his goal anyway. You see, not much was known about vampires. Sure the obvious was known, (most at least) burn in the daylight, they can’t come in a home unless invited (though the limits to that were not well known), they can’t cross running water and don't particularly like it in general, they have extraordinary abilities, and silver blocks said abilities, but a lot of specifics, (such as the turning process, the limits of their power, ect.) weren’t well known.
Tommy planned to change that.

Tommy is a young vampire hunter with intent to capture a vampire, wanting to learn more about the way their abilities work. Little did he know he would soon catch the attention of two vampires with very different intentions for him, and he would in fact learn everything he wanted to know and more.

Summary
Part of his gut pondered if the hunter organization would willingly give him up, allow him to go right back to the slums like he hadn't spent a year killing for them, but he reassured himself and refused to let the doubt take root.
When he finds Wilbur, everything will be alright.
He clutches the silver knife so tight his hand hurts, skin turning pale as he grips the handle of his weapon like a lifeline. Some criticized him for his use of knives instead of silver bullets or an old-fashioned stake, but Tommy doesn't care about speed or efficiency.
He wants to make it hurt.

TLDR: Tommy’s a young vampire hunter, desperately trying to solve the mystery of his vanished brother.
(Unbeknownst to him, the vampires have other plans.)
